As 2025 has concluded, IRMAD Technologies reflects on a year defined not by spectacle, but by structure. This was the year the Electron Fluid Engine was built again and then rebuilt from within. A year of advancement, both in technology and of engineering depth, patience, and maturity. |

We discovered that the technology is promising, unique in both design and utility. The rebuild needed to extend far beyond minor adjustments of systems that had been in place from the beginning. It required peeling back layers, rethinking pathways, and strengthening every link between domains and subsystems. This wasn’t a setback, though it felt like one. In reality, it was the foundation being poured properly. An understanding that we didn't have even 5 months ago. In many ways, 2025 was the year the Electron Fluid Engine took its first steps and began to walk, all after 10 years of imagining, innovating and building just to exist. |
We've:
Improved isolation
Strengthened subsystem harmony
Refined Educational Clarity
Clarified business pathways
Mastered our proof of concept
Moved from TRL-4 to TRL-7
Began the process of becoming a real company
We built a roadmap to a real demonstration of the EFE
Aligned with long-term goals as a result
Gained confidence in our patent, product market fit and our go-to-market strategy
